Process description

Biomass carbonization process flowing including: Biomass pretreatment (pulverization, drying, granulation) -- Biomass absolute oxygen distillation -- flue gas treatment (collection, filtering, cooling, storage) -- Flue gas combustion utilization -- Charcoal (slag) collection and storage. Biomass pretreatment: First of all, the collected biomass will be pulverized, dried in a dryer, pressed, and made into a certain size of particulate materials. The granular biomass is transported to the rotary kiln through the conveying device, and the gas and the remaining biomass carbon (residue) are decomposed by heating the granular biomass in the rotary kiln. The combustible gases and water vapor are collected, filtered, cooled, converted into liquid and separated by collecting pipes. The combustible gases are transported to the gas tank and then used as fuel for combustion power generation or for heating the rotary kiln.

(1) Skid-mounted module design, easy for fast installation and transportation.
(2) Apply for many kinds of biomass raw material carbonization.
(3) Continuous and stable production, it could realize 300 days continuous operation.
(4) Equipment adopt double sealing with material sealing and mechanical sealing, safe and reliable.
(5) Adopt many kinds of temperature& pressure transmitter, PLC intelligent operation system, realize automatic and efficient control.
(6) Gas scrubbing and dedusting technology, high temperature vapour will be dedusted before condensing, meet environment protection requirements.
(7) System could operate without external heat supply during normal production, automatic operation.
(8) Comprehensive utilization of the excess heat could be used for electricity generation during normal production.
(9) Heating method: adopt oil and gas double way burner for heating.
